Inquiries

We process your name, email, optional phone number, message, selected area, and any project details you choose to provide. We use this information to respond and discuss a possible contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Business contact information and necessary correspondence may also be processed under our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Retention and attachments

Unconverted inquiries and attachments remain available for up to 180 days from submission. Automatic backups and prior object versions may remain for up to 35 additional days for disaster recovery only. If a contract is agreed, further retention follows its purpose and legal obligations. We do not collect CVs before the work area is activated. Once active, voluntarily submitted CVs remain available for up to 90 days, plus up to 35 additional days in automatic backups. Please do not submit identity documents, health information, or other sensitive personal data.

Service providers

Kaufmann Engineering s.r.o. provides technical website administration. Storage, forms, and administration use Amazon Web Services in Ireland. Amazon CloudFront distributes public website files globally. Email sent to info@asistpartner.cz is forwarded to Vlastimil Adam’s Gmail account; technical email sent to admin@asistpartner.cz is forwarded to the website administrator’s Gmail account. These services may involve transfers outside the EEA under the providers’ applicable contractual safeguards.

Technical AWS copies of incoming email expire after 30 days; prior versions may remain for a further 30 days. Correspondence in destination Gmail accounts is retained by the operator for the time needed to handle the inquiry, perform a contract, and protect related legal interests.

Operational protection

We use short-lived technical records and a derived IP address value to prevent abuse. Rate-limit records expire within 24 hours, and application logs are kept for up to 14 days. We do not use advertising profiles or automated decisions about job candidates.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction; object to processing; and request portability where applicable. Contact info@asistpartner.cz. You can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection at uoou.gov.cz.
